SEURRE PassionFrance® 11cm, CUSTOM, designed by Robert Beillonnent, two times Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF²). It is 100% handmade in our atelier in Thiers with a buck horn handle and a blade of 14C28 with swedge and choil, its contact with the spring is absolutely suppressed by a rivet. Our SEURRE is branded. As a sign of its authenticity, it bears the PassionFrance® coat of arms on the blade, the Coq.
