
Remake of a LAGUIOLE made in the years around 1900 for or in one of the three famous culeries in Laguiole (Pagès, Calmels, Glandière) with a corkscrew and three brass bolsters, a model for Bougnats in Paris, who bought such knives during their visits to their homeland, in Aubrac. The BOUGNAT was very rarely made at the Forge de Laguiole and is numbered.
The spring is forged and decorated,, the forged bee has the typical shape of 1900. The rivets of the handle are decorated, a pointillage adorns the handle made of blond horn tip. It is a museum quality Laguiole for a collector or a luxurious knife for EDC . ... more about LAGUIOLE
