The SEURRE PassionFrance was designed by the two-time Meilleur Ouvrier de France Robert Beillonnet (best artisan in France). In addition to its pur and elegant line, it has a number of constructive, functional improvements such as a blade with swedge and choil where an own rivet supresses its contact with the spring absolutely. We manufacture it 100% by hand in our atelier in Thiers. Choose from three different blade steels as 14C28, RWL34 and XC75 and three different decorations: a undecorated or decorated spring or decorated liners. Our SEURRE is registered. As a sign of its authenticity, it bears the PassionFrance® coat of arms on the blade, the Coq.
