Shipping and payment terms

Delivery within Germany and the EU
We deliver by registered mail, registered mail, DHL or another carrier of our choice, which we consider most suitable. For this we calculate the actual packaging and postage costs. Please note our minimum order value of EUR 25. Below this we cannot process your order economically.

Delivery to the rest of the world
Deliveries outside the EU are made by DHL unless otherwise requested and agreed, details on request.

VAT
For deliveries to countries of the European Union (EU) the currently valid value added tax of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Even for orders from non-EU countries, we first charge German VAT. However, you will have to pay the respective country-specific import sales tax at your customs. We can therefore only reimburse you for the German VAT paid to us if you can provide us with proof of payment of the import VAT in your country.
We cannot provide any information about the collection of customs duties.
You will receive a declaration of origin from us printed on the invoice.
Payments from foreign banks within the EU are free of charge if you enter the IBAN and SWIFT code below for our bank details on the transfer. Without these codes, your payments will only be credited to us after deducting € 16.00 bank fees, which we must also charge you if you are not transferring from a German bank.
