The cook’s knives series "CAMPAGNE" has its roots in the rural regions of France. Unchanged for centuries, their shapes and sizes have developed over generations and are optimal. They are versatile, not specialists, so that you only need a few of them to be well equipped. The handles are solid, the blades steel is fine-grained and can be honed razor-sharp.
The "K-SABATIER-PassionFrance" cook’s knives are 100% forged and produced in the 8th generation by expert hands meanwhile. Their roots lie in the kitchens of kings and aristocrats, where the origins of French cuisine are.
The series TRADITION has the classic blade geometry and won 2009 the International Knife Award in the category Chef’s-knives. Available with blades made of carbon-steel or inox-steel.
The series BELLEVUE has a modern blade geometry. It is available with stainless steel blades.
There is a multitude of types and sizes for all purposes.
