How much are the shipping costs?

• Germany and the EU

We deliver by registered mail and / or DHL. For this we calculate the actual packaging and postage costs.

Please note our minimum order value of EUR 25. We cannot process your order economically below this.

• Worldwide

For deliveries to countries of the European Union (EU) the currently valid VAT of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. We also charge German VAT first for orders from non-EU countries. However, you will have to pay the respective country-specific import sales tax at your customs. We can therefore only reimburse you for the German VAT paid to us if you can provide us with proof of payment of the import VAT in your country. We cannot provide any information about the collection of customs duties. You will receive a declaration of origin from us printed on the invoice. Payments from foreign banks within the EU are free of charge if you enter the IBAN and SWIFT codes below for our bank details on the transfer. Without these codes, your payments will only be credited to us after a deduction of 7.00 euros, which we have to charge you additionally if you are not transferring from a German financial institution.

What payment options are there?

•           General

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), as well as payments by bank transfer. Optionally, you can also opt for a bank transfer in advance or for a cash payment when you pick it up at our Darmstadt office / stock.

•           Payment in advance

With the order confirmation email, you will receive our account details to which you will pay the amount. After receipt of the amount on our account, we will send your goods immediately and inform you in an e-mail about shipping and parcel number for shipment tracking on the Internet.

What are the delivery times?

All knives marked “in stock” are in stock and can be shipped within 2-3 days.

Is express delivery also possible?

Of course. Please contact us by phone or email.

Are the knives you offer originals?

Of course. All knives we offer are originals. They are made in France either in the Atelier PassionFrance in Thiers or by trained couteliers, maître-couteliers and maître-artisans especially for PassionFrance.

How long do I have a guarantee?

You have a 24-month guarantee on all of our knives.
