2010 INTERNATIONAL-KNIFE-AWARD IWA Nürnberg:
The LAGUIOLE-PassionFrance® design by Robert Beillonnet, double Meilleur Ouvrier de France (mof²)wins the INTERNATIONAL KNIFE AWARD and gets honored with the distinction KNIFE OF THE YEAR 2010 

2012 Reconstruction of the LAGUIOLE-DROIT / also called LAGUIOLE of 1850

The genesis of the LAGUIOLE was different from what is told in legends. In collaboration with the historian Christian Lemasson and based on the illustrations of the encyclopedia by Emile Pagé 1896, PassionFrance® reconstructed this first LAGUIOLE born in Laguiole around 1850 and manufactures it in its atelier with the authentic, forged oval mouche and a simply decorated resort as it was originally was in use untill 1900. In 2020 we created a small version with a handle length of 9cm.

2013 - 2014

Histoire du couteau de Laguiole by Christian Lemasson Thomas Mößer and Wolfgang Lantelme translated this standard work into German. Title DAS LAGUIOLE-MESSER.

2015 - 2017

Cooperation with Robert Beillonnet, double "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" :

Creation / redefinition of the ALPIN & LONDON models.
Creation of the LAGUIOLE-PassionFrance® in 12cm size
Creation / reconstruction of the SEURRE
