Grand-ALPIN ash burl with Sandvik 14C28 blades and decorated liners. The knives were designed by Robert Beillonnet mof2 and are 100% handcrafted in our atelier in Thiers with sophisticated details. The handles are made from a batch of ash burl, whose grain harmonises perfectly with the wild mountain landscape of the Savoy Alps.
