Product information "VENDEDOUK Atelier COGNET 11cm browned"
Born out of a collaboration in 2011 between Fred Perrin, a renowned knife-maker, and Pierre Cognet, the VENDEDOUK knife is largely inspired by the traditional ‘La Vendetta’ knife. Whilst the shape and silhouette are undeniably reminiscent of La Vendetta, the manufacturing technique is identical to that of the Douk-Douk®, featuring a carbon steel blade and a handle made of folded sheet metal with a burnished surface finish known as ‘bronze d’arme’.
