The AGENAIS is one of the typical knives of the South of France. Strong and yet elegant. We manufacture it with a wide Yatagan blade whose contact with the spring is suppressed, raised rivets and elaborate details. Goats and sheep are characteristic for the Aquitaine and the Pyrenees. They provide the milk for the wonderful cheeses. We now have a supplier who is able to select us ram's horn with deep grooves, which allows us to preserve the "cannelures" of the horn even after the handles are formed. The variety of colours and patterning complete the beauty and regional character of our AGENAIS.
