The LAGUIOLE-DROIT PassionFrance is a knife of timeless beauty. It is the first, the original LAGUIOLE, born in Laguiole around 1850, which we have reconstructed with great respect for the preserved specimens found in private collections and museums. Our LAGUIOLE-DROIT has a forged ressort with the typical St Andrew's cross decoration and a forged mouche in the old oval shape. Its blade does not touch the spring due to poncetage. The handle scales made from the horn of the Aubrac cattle vary slightly in colour.
