The Grand-LAGUIOLE PassionFrance was designed by the mof² Robert Beillonnet, holder of the title "France’s Best Craftsman". It won the INTERNATIONAL KNIFE AWARD and was awarded the special prize ‘KNIFE OF THE YEAR 2010’. It features slim lines, a Yatagan blade with a stop pin, false edge, back bevel and a hand-decorated spring. We manufacture it 100% by hand in our workshop in Thiers.
