Grand-LAGUIOLE AU SABOT series TRADITION 1920 large 12cm / Aluminium

LAGUIOLES with aluminium handles came into vogue around 1920 and were the dernier crie in bourgeois and aristocratic circles. At the time, aluminium was an exclusive and expensive material due to its production. LAGUIOLES with these handles were therefore a must-have in wealthy circles. The ressorts are decorated, the mouches welded, just as they have been made for 100 years. Today, 12C27 blade steel is used for the blades.  They are produced at AU SABOT for 100 years.
