The LAGUIOLE PassionFrance 11cm was developed and designed by mof² Robert Beillonnet (France’s finest craftsman). It is truly a masterpiece and won the INTERNATIONAL KNIFE AWARD at the first attempt. Thanks to its masterful details, it was awarded the special prize ‘KNIFE OF THE YEAR’. It features a Yatagan blade with a stop pin, a false edge and a back bevel. The corkscrew has two more turns than usual, is tapered and has an aplatised surface. It is 100% handcrafted in our workshop in Thiers. Our LAGUIOLES are registered trademarks to prevent copying.
