The new LAGUIOLE PassionFrance® LCUSTOM extra large 13cm is a homage to the master blacksmiths of the 19th century. The smooth ‘mouche à l'ancien’ bee and the accentuated head of the handle allowed the blacksmiths to preserve the slenderness and elegance typical of the LAGUIOLE, despite its size. In addition to its elegant lines, it features formal and functional improvements such as a blade which does not touch the spring, a back bevel and a forged mouche. We manufacture it 100% by hand in our atelier in Thiers with a discreet decoration on the back of the liners or, as the masters preferred at the time, in a purist version with a smooth spring without decoration.
