The LAGUIOLE PassionFrance 11cm with corkscrew was developed and designed by mof² Robert Beillonnet (France’s finest craftsman). It is truly a masterpiece and won the INTERNATIONAL KNIFE AWARD at the first attempt. Thanks to its masterful details, it was awarded the special prize ‘KNIFE OF THE YEAR 2010’. It features slim lines, a Yatagan blade with a stop pin, a false edge and a back bevel, as well as an extra-long, conical corkscrew. It is 100% handcrafted in our workshop in Thiers.
