The STEPHANOIS-SIFFLET produced in the workshop ISSARD is a complete kit for a child's knife with an integrated whistle in the handle, in the style of the famous " STEPHANOIS " made in St-Etienne at the time. Together with Etienne Issard, we have developed this children's knife, which allows mothers and fathers to spend some time with their children and finish it in a playful way, showing the children how to use a knife properly without hurting themselves, how to peel an apple or how to carve. Building instructions are included with it.
