The TRUFFIER or CHAMPIGNON Atelier COGNET is a mushroom knife and thus a specialist among French pocket knives. The slim blade is forged from a fine grained carbon steel that can be honed to razor sharpness. A small conical spike is turned at the massive end of the handle, with the help of which mushrooms can easily be cleaned from pine needles and dirt.
