The SAINT-AMANS is one of the typical knives of the South of France. It resembles the AGENAIS, but at the same time differs significantly in its sage leaf-shaped blade and ten elevated brass rosettes with rounded rivet heads, which give it an extraordinary haptic and preserve the character of its rural heritage.
