The TRUFFIER or CHAMPIGNON Atelier COGNET is a mushroom knife and thus a specialist among French pocket knives. The slim blade is forged from a fine grained carbon steel that can be honed to razor sharpness. A small conical spike is turned at the massive end of the handle, with the help of which mushrooms can easily be cleaned from pine needles and dirt. Each knife is made purely by hand and is an unmistakably unique piece. As a sign of their authenticity, they present the brand of the cutler COGNET.  ... more about TRUFFIER
