The Grand-LAGUIOLE PassionFrance with corkscrew was designed by the two-time Meilleur Ouvrier de France Robert Beillonnet (best craftsman in France). It won the INTERNATIONAL KNIVE AWARD at the IWA in Nuremberg and was honoured with the special prize "KNIFE OF THE YEAR 2010". In addition to its elegant lines, it has a number of constructive, functional improvements such as a Yatagan blade with swedge and choil where an own rivet supresses its contact with the spring absolutely by a rivet. The corkscrew disposes of a longer and conic spiral and the ressort has a forged mouche. We manufacture it 100% by hand in our atelier in Thiers. Choose from three different blade steels 14C28, RWL34 and XC75 and two different decorations: a undecorated or decorated spring. Our LAGUIOLES are patent pending.
