The Grand-LAGUIOLE PassionFrance was designed by the mof² Robert Beillonnet, holder of the title "France’s Best Craftsman". It won the INTERNATIONAL KNIFE AWARD and was awarded the special prize ‘KNIFE OF THE YEAR 2010’. It features slim lines and a Yatagan blade with a stop pin, a false edge and a back bevel. We manufacture it 100% by hand in our workshop in Thiers. Our LAGUIOLES are branded to prevent copying.
