Product information "LIADOU DE VALLON large 12cm, oak wood from redwine-barrique"

LIADOU of the series PRESTIGE large 12cm are well-crafted pocket knives in the tradition of the Vallon de Marcillac winemaker knives. They are made purely by hand, preferably using the regional materials for the handles. The Sandvik blades are inoxidable and suppress its contact with the spring by poncetage. As a sign of their authenticity, they present on the blade either the mark of the atelier in Marcillac or in Laguiole ... more about the LIADOU
