Grand-ALPIN buck eye burl with Sandvik 14C28 blades and decorated liners. The knives were designed by Robert Beillonnet mof2 and are 100% handcrafted in our atelier in Thiers with sophisticated details. The handles are made from a batch of buck eye burl, whose grain harmonises perfectly with the wild mountain landscape of the Savoy Alps. The colour of the wood is not the result of subsequent colouring of the wood before stabilisation, but is a natural, random process in the forest that cannot be influenced from outside.
