All cook’s knives in the K-SABATIER-PassionFrance series are 100% forged and 100% handcrafted in France. Knives of the series TRADITION have the classic blade geometries. They won the International Knife Award at the IWA in 2009 in the chef's knife category. We offer them in two series with different types of steel: with inox blades and with carbon steel blades. The composition of the steels varies from model to model depending on the task of the knife and is secret. The handles of both series are equipped with high-quality POM handles.
