With their brass bolsters, the TRADITION series LAGUIOLES from Forge de Laguiole are the authentic LAGUIOLES as our fathers and grandfathers carried in their pockets. Nevertheless, they have all the advanced features of modern day LAGUIOLES: the blades are forged one by one in T12 (Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel) and do not touch the spring by poncetage.
