"Parisii" Coutellerie Champenoise PRESTIGE 12cm, 14C28, stabilized beech wood
The Parisii was born in the Coutellerie Champenoise in Reims, in an urban environment characterised by its proximity to Paris. The owner Fabien Bourly designed it as a modern, neo-regional pocket knife in the tradition of regional knives. In addition to the clear, modern lines, it therefore has a classic spring. It is made entirely by hand in Thiers according to the codes of traditional knifemaking.
