The LAGUIOLE-DROIT PassionFrance is a knife of timeless beauty. It is the first, the original LAGUIOLE, born in Laguiole around 1850. We have recreated it with great respect for the few preserved specimens that can be found in private collections and museums. Our LAGUIOLE-DROIT has a forged ressort with the typical St Andrew's cross decoration and a forged mouche in the original oval shape. Its blade does not touch the spring due to poncetage.
