AGENAIS PassionFrance® CUSTOM N°4 The AGENAIS is a typical knife from the south of France and the neighbouring Basque region. It is strong and elegant at the same time. Box elder burl is a wood with a temperamental character that perfectly reflects the Périgord and the impressively wild mountains of the Pyrenees, where the AGENAIS is at home. When we talked about it, our friends Achim and Simone at #NOVAWOOD spontaneously decided to provide us with the most beautiful and unusual parts of their blanks. Thanks to you! Over a bottle of champagne, they regularly change hands and are then turned into unique knives in our workshop. For your understanding : the wood is not coloured ! In a transformation process that takes years and under the influence of natural fungal cultures, the wood forms its colours in the nature and then presents its structures and grains.
