Special edition Grand-ALPIN with XC75 carbon steel blades The knives were designed by Robert Beillonnet mof2 and are 100% handcrafted in our workshop in Thiers with sophisticated details. The handles are made from burls of exceptional precious woods whose grains harmonise perfectly with the wild mountain landscape of the Savoy Alps.
