Like the chef's knives in the CAMPAGNE cooking knives series, the steak knives are handmade. They have solid handles made of precious wood and inox blades made of fine-grained steels that can be easily and very sharply honed. They were originally created at the beginning of the 20th century for the South American market and were called "petit-boucher" (little butcher). We discovered them by chance ... hidden ... forgotten ... at the manufacturer who made them at the time and spontaneously decided to reissue them. They fit perfectly to the barbecue in the garden, on a country table and have an excellent price-performance ratio. The cassette with 4 steak knives only is 149,-€
