Like its fathers, the classic DOUK-DOUKS, it is manufactured in the heart of the knife-making town Thiers in the studio of Pierre and Patricia Cognet. Their son Robin is the man behind the new series, bringing a breath of fresh air to the traditional forge with his ideas.
