Sons of Douk-Douk is a new knife family from Coutellerie Cognet, presenting the classic DOUK-DOUK in a new design with different patterns on the painted handles. Like its fathers, the classic DOUK-DOUKS, it is manufactured in the heart of the knife-making town Thiers in the studio of Pierre and Patricia Cognet. Their son Robin is the man behind the new series, bringing a breath of fresh air to the traditional forge with his ideas. Another innovation is that the blades are now made from cryogenically hardened 14C28. May the children grow and prosper . ... more about DOUK-DOUK
